There will be one (1) winner who will receive two lawn tickets to a concert to
be held on Friday, August 31, 2012 at Klipsch Music Center (12880 E 146th St,
Noblesville, IN 46060) and a Taco Bell prize pack.
THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS INTENDED FOR PLAY IN INDIANA ONLY
AND WILL BE GOVERNED BY INDIANA LAW.

OF ENTRY.
1. How To Enter:
To enter by email, between July 14, 2012 at 12:01:00
a.m. ET and August 24, 2012 at 11:59:59 p.m. EST (ÒSweepstakes PeriodÓ) submit
your photos showing you and your friends at a participating Taco Bell location,
your name, address, phone number and date of birth to Live Nation. Photos must
not contain any identifiable third party trademarks, copyrighted works or any
other property owned by third parties or infringe upon any person or entitiesÕ
personal or proprietary rights. Entrants and their friends must be 18 years or
older and a legal resident of Indiana to participate. One winner will be
randomly drawn by a Live Nation representative to be the SuperFan of the Show. Email
your photo, name, address, date of birth and daytime phone number to LaurenNeilan@LiveNation.com, or
mail to: Lauren Neilan, Regional Sponsorship Manager, Live Nation -
Indianapolis, 9100 Keystone Crossing, Suite 700, Indianapolis, IN 46240. Mail in entries
must be postmarked by August 20, 2012 and received by August 24, 2012. Winner
will be chosen on or around August 24, 2012. Limit One (1) entry per person for the entire Sweepstakes Period,
regardless of the method of entry. Entries become property of the Sponsor and
none will be returned.
Sponsor is not responsible for any late, lost,
incomplete, mutilated, postage-due mail or misdirected entries or for technical
problems in connection with the transmission or receipt of entry, including
faulty electronic data transmission, traffic congestion on the Internet,
hardware or software error, equipment failure or malfunction, or other online
communication problems. No liability or responsibility is assumed by Sponsor
resulting from userÕs attempt to participate in the Sweepstakes or download any
information in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes. With respect
to computer entries, Sponsor is not responsible for computer system, phone
line, hardware, software or program malfunctions, or other errors, failures or
delays in computer transmissions or network connections that are human or
technical in nature. Should
multiple users of the same e-mail account enter the Sweepstakes and a dispute
thereafter arises regarding the identity of the entrant, the authorized account
holder of said e-mail account at the time of entry will be considered the
entrant. ÒAuthorized account
holderÓ is defined as the natural person who is assigned an e-mail address by
an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization
which is responsible for assigning e-mail addresses or the domain associated
with the submitted e-mail address.

collected in connection with this Sweepstakes. Automated entries are prohibited, and
any use of automated devices will cause disqualification. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole
discretion, to disqualify any individual (and all of his or her entries) who
tampers with the entry process.
2. Prizes:
One (1) winner will receive: Two (2) lawn
tickets to a concert to be
held on Friday, August 31,
2012 at Klipsch Music Center and a Taco Bell prize pack, which includes Two
Taco Bell T-shirts, Two $5 gift cards, and Four coupons. Your photo (along with
your friends) will be shown on the Concert Vision ("CV") at Klipsch Music Center during the show on Friday, August
24, 2012. Approximate Retail Value
(ÒARVÓ) $145. Prizes may be considered income and taxes on these prizes are
solely the responsibility of the winner.
Winner acknowledges that Promotion Parties
have not made nor are in any manner responsible or liable for any warranty,
representation, or guarantee, express or implied, in fact or in law, relative
to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or
fitness for a particular purpose.
Any and all warranties and/or guarantees on a prize (if any) are subject
to the respective manufacturersÕ terms, therefore, and winners agree to look
solely to such manufacturers for any such warranty and/or guarantee.
3. Drawing:
One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing by
a Live Nation representative, an independent judging organization, from among
all eligible entries received on or around August 24, 2012. Odds of winning
depend on the number of eligible entries received. The judges decisions in all
matters relating to this Sweepstakes are final. Winner will be notified via
telephone within 48 hours of drawing date.
4. Eligibility/Additional Prize
Restrictions:
This Sweepstakes is open to persons who are 18 years
of age or older and legal residents of Indiana. Employees of Indianapolis Taco
Bell Advertising Association, Inc., Taco Bell Corp., Live Nation, their franchisees and licensees; all their respective
subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, as well as the advertising,
promotional, fulfillment and or judging agencies, and the immediate families
(spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouse) and households of
each are not eligible to enter or win. Sweepstakes void outside of Indiana and
where prohibited or restricted by law.
Prizes may not be redeemed for cash and are
non-transferable, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Prize recipient
will be solely responsible for paying all applicable federal, state, and local
taxes on prizes based upon the retail value of the prizes as set forth in these
Official Rules. Limit one (1) prize
per person per household. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute prizes in
exchange for supplemental prize of equal or greater value.
5. Claiming Prizes/Releases:
Winner must claim their prize within 48 hours of
notification by signing and having notarized an Affidavit of Eligibility and
Liability release form. If a winner does not claim his/her prize within 48
hours, winner automatically forfeits his/her right to the prize. Unclaimed
prize will be awarded by same criteria from all remaining eligible entries. The
same notification and verification procedures will be in force until such a
time a winner has been officially notified and this individual will have fully
complied with these stated eligibility and verification procedures. If no
winner has claimed their prize 48 hours before the concert date, no prize will
be awarded. By accepting his/her
prize, the winner agrees: (a) to release Indianapolis Taco Bell Advertising Association, Inc., Taco Bell
Corp., Live Nation, their franchises, licensees and employees; all their
respective subsidiaries, parent companies, affiliates, and agencies (ÒPromotion
PartiesÓ) from any and all liability, claims, action or proceedings arising out
of and/or for injuries or damages sustained in connection with the receipt,
ownership, use or misuse of the prize; as well as (b) consents (except where
prohibited by law) to the use by Sponsor for promotional purposes including but not limited to use on the CV in
connection with this Sweepstakes, of his or her name and/or photograph and/or likeness
and/or voice without further compensation. Entrants
represent that their entries, and the SponsorÕs use thereof, will not infringe
upon the rights of any third parties.
By entering, entrants agree that all issues and
questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and
enforceability of these Official Rules, participantÕs rights and obligations,
or the rights and obligations of the Sponsor in connection with the
Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws
of State of Indiana, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of
law rules. By entering, entrants
consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the federal, state and local courts
located in Marion County, Indiana.
