What is a Megaticket?
The Country Megaticket is a seven-show country music subscription featuring this summer's hottest country concerts at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. One Megaticket purchase gives you access to all seven concerts in the package.
How do I know if my order was received?
You will receive a confirmation email and an on screen confirmation number after your order is completed. Save your order number in case you need it in the future.
When do Megatickets go on sale?
Saturday, February 9th at 10:00 AM. Megatickets can be purchased at www.megaticket.com and the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Box Office. Megatickets are available for a limited time only - while supplies last. Quantities at each package level are limited and are first come first served.
Will I be given my exact seat locations before I am charged?
Yes.
I am having a problem with my credit card….
Please call your card-issuing bank to resolve problems with your card. We are not able to process a card that is being declined.
What credit cards are accepted?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Discover
Will I receive all of the individual tickets in the mail at the same time?
Most likely, but not necessarily. You will receive your tickets in advance of the concert dates.

Can I order tickets even if I don’t have internet access?
Yes. Megatickets are available for purchase at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater Box Office. The box office is open Noon - 6:00 PM, Monday-Friday, and 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM on Saturdays. Please visit the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater page on LiveNation.com for more information on the box office.
How do I place Handicap Accessible Orders?
Please call 314-298-7389 to place an order for Handicap Accessible seating.
What if my friend and I both want to sit together but want to order separately?
Please combine them into one order on one credit card. Orders that come in separately cannot be guaranteed seating together.
Can I choose my seat location?
Orders are filled on a "best available" basis within any level or section number. You will see your seat locations prior to finalizing the sale.
I had the Megaticket last year and was told I could pre-order for this year?
An email and letter are going out to last year’s Megaticket purchasers with the link and password. Pre-sale orders will be accepted beginning Tuesday, February 5th at 10:00 AM (must have your password) until Thursday, February 7th at 10:00 PM. Pre-sale orders will only be accepted online at Megaticket.com and NOT at the Verizon Wireless Box Office.
I did not receive my email or letter with the password, what do I do?
Please call our office at 314-298-9944 to verify last years order. We will need your name and email address that you used last year in order to verify your order. Once we can verify your order we will instantly give you your password and logon information. There are no same seat renewals from 2007 all seats are being sold on a first come first serve basis.
I have an account with National City, do I have to pay service charges?
Anyone with an account with National City can purchase their Megatickets at the Verizon Wireless Box Office starting at 10:00 AM on February 9th, and not pay any service charges the entire time Megatickets are available for sale. Please bring either a Bank Statement, Credit Card or Check identifying you as a National City Account holder.
I do not have an account with National City, do I have to pay service charges?
Anyone can purchase their Megatickets at the Verizon Wireless Box Office starting at 10:00 AM on February 9th, and not pay any service charges for the first week of sales only. This offier ends when the box office closes on Saturday, February 16th.
