Fans who purchased their Chicago Theatre show(s) tickets via Ticketmaster.com or Ticketmaster's charge by phone service will be contacted via email or phone regarding the procedure of their Chicago Theatre show(s) ticket full refund and their exclusive presale opportunity for Lady Gaga Chicago Theatre ticket holders at the Rosemont Theatre show(s) starting Tuesday, December 29th at 5:00 PM. Fans who purchased their Chicago Theatre show(s) tickets via an outlet or venue box office will need to return their tickets for a full refund to their point of purchase and will be given the information on the exclusive presale for the Rosemont theatre shows at that time. Ticket holders for the Chicago Theatre show(s) are guaranteed the same amount of tickets to the Rosemont Theatre show(s) on the same night they bought originally. This guarantee is only valid during the presale time. Original tickets must be refunded at the point of purchase and new tickets must be purchased for new show(s) at the Rosemont Theatre. Chicago Theatre tickets will not be honored for the shows at the Rosemont Theatre.
