The position will include involvement with: • Assisting Sponsorship department with fulfillment of Sponsor contracts for the season • Assist at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater concerts • Assist with sponsor promotions on-site and at retail outlets
• Assist with the Coordination of on-site premium give-aways
• Take digital pictures at all concerts during the 2007 season
• Name and file all pictures in each Sponsor file
• Track internal invoices on an AR spreadsheet
• Update Sponsor contact database
• Monitor periodic website checks of logos; print for recaps
• Attend weekly staff meetings
• Assist with creating recap template
• Assisting in the coordination of Recap materials for each Local and National Sponsor for the season. (Including the filing of weekly tear sheets in the appropriate Sponsor Recap books, typing labels for each Recap book, etc.)
• Assist with PowerPoint Presentations
• Track concert tickets for promotions and sponsors
• Interns are expected to be on time to work each scheduled day, be self-motivated, and be able to handle multiple tasks
This is a great internship opportunity in the Entertainment/Sponsorship field. We are currently searching for a qualified individual to fill this internship position for the Summer Semester. Students will work at our Live Nationoffice in St. Louis, MO and at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater in Maryland Heights, MO.
This internship is for college credit and runs from May to August-October. It is a non-paid position to reflect the need of your college credit requirements.
