There is ample parking available on Verizon Wireless Amphitheater grounds. Parking is included in the price of your ticket.Tailgating and drinking are not permitted on Verizon Wireless Amphitheater parking lots, per Maryland Heights City ordinance. A wide variety of food and beverages are available inside the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater before and during every performance, and you are allowed to bring food with you into the venue, see below for further info.
Handicap Accessible parking is available at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater. When you arrive, parking attendants will direct you to the designated area.
Drop Offs and Pick Up are easily accessible. Notify the attendants that you are dropping off, and they will direct you to the proper area. When picking up passengers, drivers should arrive at the theatre at least 45 minutes before the performance ends and return to the same area where the drop off occurred.
Premier Parking at Verizon Wireless Amphitheater is available in advance through LiveNation.com for $20.00 per car. Premier Parking is a special reserved section at the front of the parking lot. If you have purchased premier parking through LiveNation.com and don't have your ticket, please notify a parking attendant at any main entrance when you arrive. The parking attendant will direct you to the designated area. Please note that the Premier Parking area is held only until the show time. Premier Parking cannot be guaranteed after the show begins. You weren't able to purchase this ahead of time? No problem, you can purchase it when you arrive. Just ask the parking attendant for the Premier parking lot attendant.
Motorcycle Owners, show off your ride in our "Doc's Harley Davidson VIB" lot. This secure, dedicated parking area is located right next to VIP Parking. No special pass is needed...just ride on up and park up front!

Disposable cameras, small 35mm (lens not to exceed 80/50) and digital cameras are allowed in the venue for most shows. Professional cameras with detachable lenses are not permitted into the amphitheater.
A wide variety of food is offered to satisfy everyone. Pizza, subs, hotdogs, pretzels and french fries are just a few of the tasty things to try. For most shows, we are now allowing patrons to bring in most food items as long as they fit in a one gallon, clear Zip-Loc style bag, plastic grocery bag, or a small (six-pack sized) collapsible soft-sided cooler. No hard coolers of any kind will be allowed. We will require the patron to show the bag and its contents to a member of our staff when entering the facility and all items allowed in are at the staff member's discretion and based on personal consumption. A patron can bring one factory sealed bottle of water (up to one liter in size) in as well. Glass and aluminum cans are not allowed in the venue. Any other beverage besides water is not allowed.
Lawn chairs can vary greatly in size and shape, so as a courtesy to our guests, Verizon Wireless Amphitheater offers low-back lawn chairs for rent that do not hinder the view of other guests. Please, note, rentals are not available for all shows. Guests are welcome to bring personal lawn chairs into the amphitheater. To ensure clear sightlines for all our guests, only low-back lawn chairs with a seat no higher than 9" off the ground are permitted. Blankets are also permitted in the amphitheater.
Small personal sized umbrellas are allowed in the venue. Larger umbrellas with metal tips are not allowed.
Strollers and baby carriers are allowed. Umbrella style strollers are allowed in reserved seating. All other strollers and carriers are only allowed in the lawn. If a regular size stroller or carrier is brought into the venue, and a patron has reserved seating, they will be required to check it in at the gates.
Insect repellents are allowed in the venue as long as it is not in an aerosol container. Pump/sprays, lotions and towlettes are fine.

I DON'T HAVE MY TICKETS, WHAT CAN I DO?
If your tickets were lost or damaged, please contact the ticketing company that you purchased your tickets from to find out about their replacement policy.
Additionally, if you selected standard mail delivery and you have not received your tickets within 48 hours prior to the event date, please call the ticketing company sponsoring the event. They will be able to track your order and possibly make alternate arrangements for you.
If your tickets were purchased through LiveNation.com, you probably purchased them from one of the authorized ticketing companies listed below. If you are not sure which company you used, please check your confirmation email or credit card statement.
